These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://www.conceptspremium.com (the “Site”), and the purchase and use of any digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, PDFs, checklists, guides, and templates (collectively, the “Products”), offered by Concepts Premium (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Intellectual Property Rights and License Grant

1.1. Ownership. All Products, along with all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Concepts Premium and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.

1.2. License Grant. Upon purchase of a Product, we grant you one (1) single-user, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Product for your personal or internal business purposes.

1.3. Restrictions on Use. This license is subject to the following restrictions. You may NOT: a) Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the Product or the rights to the Product to any other person or entity. b) Repackage, modify, or create derivative works from the Product for the purpose of resale or distribution. c) Use the Product as part of a trademark, design mark, or logo. d) Post the Product online in a downloadable format or otherwise make it available to the public. e) Use the Product in any way that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of a third party.

Any use of the Products not expressly permitted by this license is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright and other laws.

2. User Accounts

2.1. Account Creation. To access certain features or purchase Products, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2. Account Responsibility. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@conceptspremium.com of any unauthorized use of your account. 3. Purchases, Payments, and Fees

3.1. Payment. You agree to pay all fees for Products you purchase, and you authorize us and our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to charge your selected payment method for any such fees.

3.2. Accurate Information. You represent and warrant that all payment information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3.3. Taxes. All prices are exclusive of any applicable sales taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or other governmental taxes or fees. You are responsible for paying all such taxes and fees associated with your purchase.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. All Sales are Final. Due to the immediate, digital, and irrevocable nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason after a purchase is made. All sales are final.

4.2. Acknowledgement. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a refund.

4.3. Exceptions. The only exceptions to this policy are at our sole discretion and may include: a) A documented duplicate purchase of the same Product. b) A technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing the purchased Product, provided that you contact us at contact@conceptspremium.com within seven (7) days of purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
